Just talked to JAN this morning. I was impressed with his knowledge and his understanding of the issue we discussed. JAN most assuredly impressed me with his ability to discuss a subject that is on the other side of the world from his home. He is a good ambassador for your company.
Julie V was very helpful in helping me and was very friendly. The only drawback was the mandatory customer retention effort that she had to do, so that's not a knock on Julie but instead it's one on the company.
Have had a significantly fewer pests since starting service. Had to cancel due to a move and as long as you don't mind a few Customer Retention tactics, it's a helpful call center.Caesar was a very helpful and kind service rep. He helped set me up with a very helpful resolution plan for terminating my service and provided me with written confirmation of our agreement. Thanks again!
