I have gone to Dr Tavels for many years. I have always gotten an accurate eye exam result so I could see clearly. The assistant gave me tips on what to look for in picking my frames. She was kind and helpful to me, I appreciated her very much.

Best eye Exam I've ever had. Loved Dr. Conoley. She explained everything and was very personable. Staff at this store, Beech Grove, was friendly, knowledgeable, patient (I had trouble choosing a frame) and very helpful. Will definitely go back again.

First time going to a Dr. Tavel office. It was a very quick, efficient, and straightforward process. I didn’t feel rushed when picking glasses - I was able to just kind of look around at my own pace. I didn’t really like any of the glasses covered by insurance so I picked something else and brought it to the employee to put the order in, and she informed me that they had a deal that if I went ahead and got a pair of the glasses covered by insurance, that I’d get my other pair for $99 which was at least $60 less than the tag price. So I got two pairs but only paid $99+tax for them both! Great experience overall.
