I came in for a 4pm sensory deprivation float and Drew was extremely kind and explained everything about the facility. He was passionate about the process and knows how beneficial these services can be. He let me know of the other services offered without pushing anything or even a membership. Just explaining what they offered in case I wanted to come back for future visits. I was there to relax and tune in and he made sure that was the experience that I was going to get. The facility is extremely relaxing, quiet, clean, and professional. I finished my float and I was free to leave. After an afternoon of self care at Cryotherapy Indy we hit the town for our anniversary feeling wonderful! We experienced the salt tank, sauna and cryotherapy. All of these combined really made us feel so good. Cryotherapy is a little intense but well worth the freeze!

Charbel has always been a great help with my wrist/hand/RSI issues. I am always impressed how quickly he gets right to the problem areas. After just a few visits and some at-home exercise recommendations I've seen a huge improvement! Thank you so much Charbel, and all the staff.
