Although there have been issues with nitrogen supply in the area, and the building signage is not easily visible from the road, Cryotherapy Indy strives to deliver the latest and most effective healing technologies. Many clients have reported significant improvements in their conditions and plan to return for regular treatments like sauna, cryotherapy, and Normatec sessions.
I came in for a 4pm sensory deprivation float and Drew was extremely kind and explained everything about the facility. He was passionate about the process and knows how beneficial these services can be. He let me know of the other services offered without pushing anything or even a membership. Just explaining what they offered in case I wanted to come back for future visits. I was there to relax and tune in and he made sure that was the experience that I was going to get. The facility is extremely relaxing, quiet, clean, and professional. I finished my float and I was free to leave. I enjoyed doing the payment before the service so I could leave in that peaceful headspace without having to tune out to deal with payment and conversation. I will be back and I'm extremely grateful for the experience provided by Cryotherapy !
The staff and facilities were great but only having one of each piece of equipment was disappointing. I came with a friend, and we had to wait on each other and alternate using the equipment.
