So I just found out my parents have been gouged by this company for several months now. Half a year ago, my parents needed to provide proof of security to the insurance for a rebate. To do this they needed to activate the security they had never once used. Queue the Cross Communications. They set up the alarm, but only gave the code to my father, who hasn't the first clue how to use the thing. Few hours later, alarms are going off, police arrive, my mother decides to remove the alarm panel and worry about it later. If you're in the market for a new home theater set up, look no further. Brock and his colleagues at Cross Communications are kind, professional and ensure the job meets your expectations at the end of the day. My wife and I had ours installed last week - each component functions properly and sounds great. We will definitely be recommending these guys to our friends!
