Always fast service and friendly encounters with employees. I love the extra peace of mind knowing the longevity of my vehicle is protected through the harsh weather of the winter months. Not to mention how fun it is for the kids when we go through and they see the colored foam!

We had a positive and straightforward experience here yesterday on the 38th Street drive-thru location. It's conveniently located a stone's throw from Meridian Street and Newfields Art Museum. The staff is always incredibly friendly and the car came out on the other side looking very clean. They definitely try to push the loyalty programs but I can't justify getting my car washed that frequently. But for $11 and 5 minutes of fun experience with my son, I would call it a win.

Washing! The chrome wheels don’t look great after the wash. Not clean deep inside of the wheel with spokes and don’t shine because of tire shine being on chrome. Otherwise it’s a lot better than Tommy’s by far with my experience of going to bought. Would not recommend Tommy’s.
