Worked with these guys on getting my new iPad’s shattered screen replaced! They did it so quick and for much less than what apple quoted /what I thought it would be. I already have it back after one day with it. Great team to work with. Warranty plan was a no brainer it is very inexpensive too.

Excellent! My phone was really dead, looked like a scene from Ghostbusters apparitions. These wonderful guys fixed the issues,even walked me through my fears about losing info and then retrieved all my information 100%. Even though I was initially in shock per cost after the miracle I say it was worth every penny and priceless.

I took in my ipad (broken screen) and not only were the employees very friendly, they got it done quickly, and the price was very reasonable. It looks like they have remodeled too, I was in there several years ago, and it looks a lot nicer now! I mentioned that I had been to the Carmel location a couple of times when I used to work up there for iphone issues, and they said that they now own that one too, and it's also been remodeled and improved. I'd recommend them!
