The young men that fixed our pool cover were polite, worked well as a team, and were very informative on what the problem was and shared maintenance tips that will extend the life of our pool cover.

I called today for the first time because I had a beach towel wrapped up in my electric cover. It’s a holiday weekend and we have many guests coming. The cover was stuck covering 40 percent of pool. My husband is out of town. Of course, it’s pool opening season and Coverstar Central had no one to send the two hour distance to my home (so understandable and very expected.) Nathan completely walked me through the fix on the phone!!! We will be customers for life. We are so grateful and so highly recommend this company!!!

Tim was great! Very detailed in examining the cover, the motor and all of the working parts. Took time to explain every thing and wad very courteous and professional! The best technician we have ever had! Would love to have him back next year!
