Tim was great! Very detailed in examining the cover, the motor and all of the working parts. Took time to explain every thing and wad very courteous and professional! We are so grateful and so highly recommend this company!
We are giving a 5-star rating to Matt G. and his helper. They were very efficient, and worked very hard for several hours on a 96 degree day to properly install our new cover. Very pleasant and answered all questions and concerns we had. Our thanks to 2 very hard workers. Great job!
The crew was very pleasant, but they left a lot of debris in the cover pit...mostly metal shavings. I also found a self tapping screw at the bottom of my pool that could have only come from them during the install. There was already water in the pool so I understand them not retrieving it, but they should have told me. Very fortunate one of my kids didn't step on it.
