When we arrived the man checking us in was not very friendly and didn’t tell us about any of the amenities or where anything was located. The rooms had tablets which went over everything so that was very helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfy. The valet staff were great and super friendly and helpful.
Conrad only has nine locations in the USA. Indianapolis certainly is an interesting choice to place one of them, but I'm not complaining. I'm loyal to the Conrad brand globally and I've stayed at this location twice, once in during the COVID-19 pandemic as a small escape and now, for business. Both times I've found the hotel to be comfortable and relaxing and up to Conrad standard- discreet and unfussy. The most important thing is the large desk in the room that I can get work done at. I also appreciate the separate tub and shower. Friendly staff all around. It's my preferred choice for travel to Indy. No view and the room is aging nicely, but doesn't match the new art-forward...read full review
The Conrad is my favorite place to stay, period. The professionalism of the staff is unmatched. We stayed to celebrate our anniversary & birthday.Belle (front desk) helped to make our stay even better. There were one or two minor inconveniences, but they were corrected quickly & didn't disrupt our overall experience.
