Took my laptop because a key broke off, the guy that came out told me unfortunately the key was broken and that not even I could replace the key nor keyboard. A categorical lie and told him funny I was able to buy not one but two keys kits to repair and he was rude after that saying we can't repair unless we use our vendors I was like thank you and good bye liars. nice try

Voicemail is full so you can’t reach them to ask any questions. They also don’t know what time they close. Voicemail says 5 PM. The door says 6 PM and online they advertise 7 PM. Drove across town to drop off my computer just for them to be closed at 6:10 PM. If someone can update the hours that would be great. Service is fast and good.
