We continue to have an excellent experience with all doctors at community, especially Ortho. A MAJOR problem is your billing and front desk deal staff. We were informed that we had no insurance information on file, despite having been to this surgeon three times before. Claims have been continuously confused because despite us explaining that our child is on step parents insurance, you are billing under our name and claims are being rejected.

Further, we had been going to the 146th street location and when we arrived we were told the appointment is at the shadeland location.

My Mother walking in to their Walk ins welcome Ortho clinic and being turned away after saying clearly that the pain is too much for her to wait until her scheduled appointment is disgusting. As an employee of Community health network she is fully aware that the network is trying to steer patience from the ER, but that will never work as long as walk in clinics turn patience away. She fell, can barely walk, and went in bawling. The lady who spoke AT her wouldn't even let her get a word in, just watched her cry in pain and pushed her out the door.
