However, one patient was upset there is no bell for being cancer free, stating this encouragement is much needed for patients who conquered this battle.
Dr. Reddy very much made me feel that he cared about me as a patient and as a person. He took time to know me and my situation and tailored my treatment accordingly. I feel he weighed our options and made the best decision based on the probably outcome.
Upset that there is no bell for being cancer free or completing therapy. Most hospitals or cancer centers do and that represents encouragement plus some. This is much needed for the patients that conquered this battle.
The provider, Dr N. Reddy was great. I am neurodivergent, and I struggle with healthcare appointments. I also struggle sometimes with finding the right words to explain things clearly. I did not have to worry about that with him.
He was patient and genuinely cared about what I had to say. He honestly listened and responded not only respectfully, but with kindness and understanding. I felt heard, believed, and treated like a person, not a problem.
That means a lot to me.
