He identified an issue with the central air conditioning unit that an HVAC company failed to correctly identify. I think he's saved me money and stress while renting a house plagued by flooding, mold, and maintenance problems.

My initial cleaning through COIT was truly exceptional! My floors have undergone a remarkable transformation, looking as if they had been freshly put down.
