This was my first time coming here for a pedicure. I was greeted right away, asked what service I needed, and seated quickly. The service was nice overall. However, I didn't like that the nail tech placed the used tools into my pedicure bowl while my feet were still soaking—it didn't seem sanitary. I also noticed what appeared to be customers being seated by race, with white customers on one side and black and other customers on the other. I can't say why, but it was noticeable and made me uncomfortable.
I just went today and they were so friendly! My nail tech took his time and was very kind and patient even after I changed my nail color after the first toe! 😬 Would definitely recommend!
My first time here was a pleasant surprise because of the excellent service. There's a manicurist named Donna who's so lovely, friendly, and meticulous with her work. I really like and love her ❤
