We are extremely happy with the results of our kitchen remodel, and the process -- from design to demo to construction and final adjustments -- was extremely easy. Caitlyn did a great job designing our space, showing us options and offering suggestions, and was easy to work with when we had questions or wanted to revise design or materials. Having a showroom to visit and see the products was very helpful. The construction crews did a great job and took care of any adjustments we requested. We highly recommend Cloud9 and have already told several of our neighbors about them!

After the first visit, she already had a rendering to me in by the next day or two. Very patient when I was in decisive . Always offering different suggestions based on our style. She provided price options to keep us in our budget. She listened, not pushy. Even if she wasn’t in the store, Ross was helpful if there were any questions. Communication and speed of response and pricing options was a definite strength.
Stopped by Cloud9 kind of on a whim just as we were starting to do research for our bathroom remodel. Cole was incredibly helpful and patient as we examined our options. He priced out our original idea, then casually suggested an alternate approach which ended up saving us several thousand dollars. During our install, we noticed that a spacer had mistakenly been left out of our order, and Cole was able to source one same-day so we could complete our install without any delay.
Cabinets are great. We love the soft-close drawers and cabinets. countertops and hardware look great. Really really great experience. Would highly recommend.
