We are absolutely thrilled with the installation of our new cabinets, counter top, and island — providing us with not only a gorgeous new kitchen, of high quality, but also with the additional needed storage space and ease of use. Kudos to Caitlyn and Ross at the Castleton, IN shop for their expertise, (patience!), and most valuable input in helping our vision become a reality!
We are extremely happy with the results of our kitchen remodel, and the process -- from design to demo to construction and final adjustments -- was extremely easy. Caitlyn did a great job designing our space, showing us options and offering suggestions, and was easy to work with when we had questions or wanted to revise design or materials. Having a showroom to visit and see the products was very helpful. The construction crews did a great job and took care of any adjustments we requested. We highly recommend Cloud9 and have already told several of our neighbors about them!
Caitlyn (at Castleton store) was wonderful to work with.
After the first visit, she already had a rendering to me in by the next day or two. Very patient when I was in decisive . Always offering different suggestions based on our style. She provided price options to keep us in our budget. She listened, not pushy. Even if she wasn’t in the store, Ross was helpful if there were any questions. Communication and speed of response and pricing options was a definite strength.
