My normal nail lady moved on me and I could not get a hold of her.Went to this nail shop and they where great. I was fitted in right away. Beautiful job on my pedicure and Medicure. No complaints will come again.

First of all I would like to say that I had a hard summer. Taking time for myself was something that became foreign. I walked in a nail shop close to this one and they turned me away. I called Lux nails and they said they have availability. They welcomed me right away and made me feel welcomed. They offer wine and kept it full. They spoke English, even to each other so it allowed me to join the convo and I didn't feel as though they were talking about me. They were warm and I needed that energy! Thank you lux nails. You replenished my soul as well! ? I'm not from Indy and I have never received they service I have had ever. It was the entire staff as well!

I texted Kim to have my nails done today but she was off on a Monday 6/19/23. She told me to come next day but I told her that I won’t make it coz I will be working from Tuesday to Saturday & it’ll be late hours. Kim texted me back saying that she can do my nails today at 4pm. Told her no since she’s off she said no I will come. Kim came in her day off and did my nails. That made me cry. Kim went above & beyond just to do my nails on her off day. That was very very very very special to me. Kim you’re the BEST??❤️❤️❤️Services: Acrylic nails
