can't say enough wonderful things about Ciao Bella! From the moment I walked into the salon, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Julia G. always takes the time to listen to exactly what I want and provide suggestions that suited my hair type and lifestyle perfectly.

The entire experience is always exceptional and leaves me feeling pampered and valued. Julia G's attention to detail is unparalleled, and her skill with scissors is truly artistry. My haircut and color and extensions is beyond my expectations, and I've received so many compliments over the last 20 years of her doing my hair.

Glad I went here when I moved to Indianapolis. Professional setting and clean. Julia listen to me and gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had. Which says a lot! I suggest this this to all who are looking for a place that takes their time and cares about their work and making the customer satisfied. Ask for Julia. Great communicator and made me feel like I was a client for years! Will will be back!

Good service. Came in asking if they had availability for walk-ins. The blonde girl w/ pretty eyes said she’d ask around. They couldn’t fit me in but she said she could take my info for tmrw’s availability. I politely declined. She didn’t have to ask around and I didn’t have to wait for this information
