Very selective in renters, due to having a harmonious and happy environment. Good Vibes Only. Plenty of parking in back of salon, with street front access. Multiple Stairs to enter front, and back of salon. Just a few minute drive from I465. Multiple places to choose from to grab a bite to eat. 10 minutes from Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Stop in and check out this 100 year old house, we are calling home!
