All the people at 1st Chiropractic were extremely friendly. They never mind helping me with doing my exercises which I regularly forget how to do. Their goal is to help me get better. My chiropractor explains what is being done and does it well. Almost forgot the heat and roller action to stretch my back as well as the use of the Tens unit all helped my lower back relax to move back into place. Thanks guys. George Buchanan
