Thanks so much for getting our baby in quickly and efficiently! It was a Friday afternoon and your secretary got us in within the hour. It’s a half hour drive for us but for someone that sees children regularly and gets us in quickly it’s well worth it and we will be back. Thank you guys again! I’m so glad I found out about you!
My first time going here and I was blown away by a doctors office. I went soon as they opened on Saturday because I didn’t know what to expect as a walk in with my daughter. I was pleasantly surprised. The check in process was swift and straight forward. My daughter didn’t feel Afraid, she sat and did a puzzle we were seen quickly and I say that because even in other offices when no other patients are there I’ve had to wait. We got into the room and care started right away. Y’all know how you go and other places still have you waiting in the room. Nope they were swift, Dr. Taylor was very welcoming and polite, she explained consent to my daughter and made her feel safe. The decor and ambiance of the office is very child friendly, my daughter received a new toy after her visit. They definitely eased her anxiety about doctor visits. I felt like I could trust them. And they accept Medicaid among other insurance. Dr Taylor’s husband was very polite as well. He helped us get checked in and he explained everything to us. I wish I could make them my family care practitioners.
