If it's not ready when we get there, they get it together quick with no hassle and no stress. We can always depend on Cable master to keep us moving in a hectic industry.

I am a computer technician and had a client down due to a fiber optic network issue. My client was unable to operate and had many employees standing idle. I needed parts to get the circuit functioning and called into cable master. I found they were closed for the holiday. I emailed Jose the operations manager. He was on vacation but said he would open the store for me if it was an emergency. I declared it an emergency. Jose opened and got me the parts i needed to get my client operational. Excellent customer service!!!
