Alrighty, where to begin…first, whoever says Larry is 5 stars is skewing the picture and whoever says 1 star is also skewing the picture.Why is 1 star an exaggerated rating? Well, Larry charges $13 bucks a pop in 2023, and that’s like next level unbeatable. The next closest cut within a mile (and there are like 7) is $35. I don’t know about you, but I bet at least 50% of guys don’t really give a hoot about the cut and just don’t want to feel robbed at the end. There’s definitely a place for a shop like Bogie’s in the community.Why is 5 stars an overstatement? I've been going to see Larry at Bogie's for at least a decade. Yeah, I've gone to a few other places during that time but never got the consistency, quality and value I get at Bogie's. It's the best haircut on the Northside, or anywhere in Indianapolis in my experience. It's a "no-frills" real deal barber shop. No fancy product displays, no shabby chic decor with a dozen tatted up bearded guys drinking hamms or PBRs waiting to cut your hair....just one chair, one man, financial news streaming on the TV and regular ol chit chat. If you're getting your haircut elsewhere you're making a mistake and probably getting ripped off.

Great barber shop! Larry gives a great haircut! Friendly place to go and get a cut. Larry knows his clients and welcomed me as a new customer. I've finally got a great place for a haircut.
