Makaela did a great job on my hair. She was professional, paid attention to detail, and made sure everything came out how I wanted. I’m new to the area and had a difficult time trusting someone new with my hair. The appointment was smooth, and the results held up well. Definitely a solid stylist ❤️ would recommend anybody and will be returning 🤏🏾🤏🏾
I had a great experience at Black Lotus Hair Company. The salon is clean, organized, and has a really welcoming vibe.
You can tell they take pride in their work and I also noticed they offer a ton of services beyond just styling, which makes this place convenient if you want everything in one spot.
Overall, definitely worth trying if you’re in Indy with good customer service.
I got to give yall 5 stars!! Started on time, clean, the COMFIEST couch in the lobby, great front service with check in and spoke so lovely with my child. JESSICA who did my child hair was great. Nice wash, her talent with my 8 year old daughter’s hair is amazing. She was nice, polite, and great with kids. This will literally be my daughter’s hairstylist. We me and my daughter love her DOWN. 10/10 experience. Music was great and good smelling incense. I felt at home and for it to be our 1st time there, man I’m impressed and very grateful. I recommend truly. Andprice was reasonable. And I don’t even leave reviews for no one but for Jessica I have to and WILL....read full review
