Kalen's studio space is charming and clean, plenty of personality but not in a way that feels overwhelming. Kalen herself is very welcoming and warm, conversational and an attentive listener. I've had two luminary manicures by her and I've loved both! I had an inspiration for the second one and she on the spot came up with a pretty design. I'm excited to see what she comes up with next time (though, I'll give her more than last minute to think!).
I cannot express how welcomed and cared for I felt when I got my first service done with Kalen! I hadn't gotten my nails done in years due to chronic dermatillomania, and to know she knew exactly what I go through was a breath of fresh air and a weight off my shoulders. She was kind, gentle, and I would recommend her to anyone who's looking to get their nails done for the first or fiftieth time. I can't wait to go back for the upcoming holidays!
I am usually pretty rough on my nails and everywhere (salon) I have been, my nails barely last 2 weeks. I was shocked when my nails lasted over a month when done by Kalen. They also were the cutest things ever! She did an amazing job with my birthday nails and she is so talented! If you are looking for a new nail stylist she is very professional and sweet and I would recommend her to EVERYONE!
