Bestside priced a small job for me. I gave them the greenlight to proceed, then nothing. I've called a couple times and they tell me someone will stop by. I've given up on them. I assume the job is too small for them to mess with. Too bad because I also have a relatively large remodel planned for this year. I will not be approaching Bestside.EDIT: I appreciate the response here from Bestside confirming my suspicion that the job was too small. Both times I called I was told the superintendent would be stopping by. I'm sure internally at BS a discussion was had about not doing this work, but that info never made it to me. BestSide has excellent customer service and very responsive! They quoted my patio expansion, scheduled and completed. No hassles and did excellent work! In fact, I'm using them again for an electrical job!Service: Remodeling
