As a cancer patient, I received two cleanings from Becht Pride free of charge. This is a wonderful service that they offer for cancer patients. Rachael came to our home on both occasions. She was very congenial and put me at ease (I had never had had anyone clean my home before). She came on time and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is interested in having their home cleaned.

I don’t believe the mop water was changed and my house is almost entirely wood/tile except three bedrooms.
Communication was not great day of. I called to confirm arrival of the carpet cleaner and was told 12-2. I waited and waited and finally around 2:10 I called and texted and was told he was running late. I completely understand running behind but I had several errands I could have done in that time frame of waiting but no one communicated this to me so I wasted 2 hours. My family was moving the next day and due to the delay of the errands we were delayed in leaving for our move.

I love coming home after Becht has been there. The house looks and smells great! They text the day before saying when they will arrive and follow through on the arrival time window. I can easily switch days with some notice when needed. I’m happy with their service!
