Becht Pride is a business that prides itself on its experienced team and commitment to excellent customer service. With a team lead on site for every appointment, customers can expect prompt and professional service. The company's attention to detail and focus on customer satisfaction are evident in their work. Becht Pride has also shown kindness and compassion to those in need, offering free cleanings to cancer patients. Their staff is trained to provide a high level of service, going above and beyond to meet customers' needs. The house looks and smells great! They text the day before saying when they will arrive and follow through on the arrival time window. They offer a wonderful service for cancer patients, providing cleanings free of charge. Communication was not great on the day of service, and the mop water was not changed.

Nikki was on time, very nice and professional and I would be glad to have her back next month for my next scheduled cleaning. Good job!!
I would NOT recommend @bechtpride’s services. I had them as our residential and short term rental cleaners, and we had to have other professionals go over their work every time. Management, from the GM to the owner, were entirely unconcerned when these recurring issues were brought their attention. It’s disappointing to encounter people and companies who lack integrity. See photos for the kind of service they left us with. They should consider a re name to simply “Becht” as they clearly do not take any pride in their work. I would not recommend Becht pride for any service whatsoever.
