After going to another salon on the northeast side for almost 5 years, I finally had enough when I developed a fungus under my nails for the second time.
I've been on a prescription antifungal medication for 3 months now, so I finally ventured out to a salon closer to home.
They were gentle. They were professional. I was not rushed in/out. My nails look great. Very pleased.
After a really disappointing experience at another nail salon, I came to Art Nails feeling frustrated and honestly just hoping someone could fix my nails. I had gone somewhere else earlier that day where everything was rushed like the shape, the French tips, and the flower design I asked for were all poorly done. My nails came out crooked, uneven, and nothing like the photo I showed.
Thankfully, this salon was able to get me in quickly, and I was lucky enough to be helped by Helen. She was kind, professional, and is incredibly talented. I been coming here since the 90's I have always had a great experience with everyone who does my nail, but this Saturday 12/30/2023 I went to get my nails done for New Year, I find ideas off Pinterest for the holidays I tell them they can do something similar to what the picture show, but I was told it was sticker, he could have painted a design on my nails, I'm disappointed with them because the mood color it's changing and the design is not a very good on. I have never been so disappointed with my nails until Saturday I will go back but will not go to that nail tech again, I will make an appointment, with my favorite nail tech.
