We used to be with another company for their service and maintenance. We were weighing options for a new full unit and decided to reach out to Armor Air as our best friend and neighbor works for them. Erik Longenecker is not a necessarily a salesman or service tech for them, however his knowledge of the HVAC systems and how they should be running and ability to translate that to clients is unmatched. He shows he cares about the company deeply and is willing to learn outside his scope to provide a trust with the client right from the start of the process.
