Been seeing Barb for quite a while now. She is very professional and personable. I would highly recommend her, especially if you are transgender. She is very respectful and has been a fixture in the community for a while now.

The owner was great and very friendly. She explained everything well and did not waste my time or try to upsell. She seemed to a great job. Her workspace and general practice were clean and inviting. At the time of my interest in her services, she was doing free initial consultations, which was a great way to get info and a taste of the service provided. Regarding COVID-19, the respiratory mask practices and infection control strategy seemed a little loose, which may put some people at risk, but overall a good experience! Do note that she no longer does laser (just electrolysis) and she only accepts cash or check for payment.

Barbara is amazing! She has a great personality and makes it very comfortable and as pain free as possible. I've been seeing her for a few years for electrolysis and I wouldn't use anyone else.
