Like in every job/position there are those who shine and those who just check the boxes. I felt like I was being made a part of the quota. How they have to get you to a certain point or it makes them look bad, no matter how you feel personally. I think just being more personal with someone would help. The disappointment sure was shown through when I didn't make the grade.
My experience with Amedisys was outstanding. Everyone I interacted with was kind, knowledgeable, caring, patient, and most of all helpful. They informed and instructed in a manner that helped me better understand how what I was learning would impact me in the future. They confirmed what I had learned before was correct and gave me a better understanding of why. I was blessed to have such outstanding therapists.
It took a minute for them to get it all going but once they did my nurse was absolutely fantastic Crystal was awesome knowledgeable polite caring if I ever have to use their facilities again I would love to have Crystal back as my nurse
