I called four other appliance parts stores looking for a washing machine drain pump. No one had it in stock. It could come in anywhere from one day to 3 weeks. Prices were $123 up to $187. I called All Appliance Parts and they had one in stock for $59. He said to bring in my old pump to test it. He said he didn't want to sell me something that I didn't need. He tested it right there and showed me the odd noise showing that the pump had failed. Not only did he have the right part, in stock, at the best price, he gave me a military discount on top of that. I got home and installed the new pump and it's working just fine. I just found my new favorite appliance... read full review
