They got up to the top of a two story house and removed a basketball sized wasp nest right after it was called in. Brandon is an awesome tech and notifies when he is coming for service. He always reaches out to see if any areas need re-treated in between service calls. Clay is by far the nicest and most attentive service technician.
Tommy is the best! He makes every service just feel like a friendly visit. I know that he gets done whatever needs to be done plus any concerns that I might have. Each season can bring slightly different shenanigans when it comes to pest control, but I always know whom to call.
We have been working with them since we purchased our house in 2021. When we bought it we moved into our house to discover tons of ants and several wasp nests. We also live right in front of a big pond and had giant mosquitos. Action Pest Control came and assessed our situation and got us completely set-up. And we noticed a huge decrease in the amount of mosquitos and wasps over the last several years. We haven’t had any ant issues inside since the day we hired them. We have continued their services without hesitation ever since. And if anything does come up that we need assistance with, they go out of their way to fit us into an already packed schedule. The best company I have ever used! We tried a few other companies but stuck with Action Pest Control. Even when we moved houses we continued using them because they are that good! They are so tentative to their customers. If we have an issue they are either out the same day or the next day. They got up to the top of my two story house and removed a basketball sized wasp nest right after I called it in. Hands down the best company! 100000/10 recommend
