The technician Shane Knight was superb. I had several other plumbers from other companies come out to my home to try and identify the root cause of my plumbing nightmare and they failed tremendously. Shane took the necessary steps to diagnosis and repair my septic tank. He patiently explained to me in laymen's terms the root cause, the options available to rectify the cause, and the cost. I feel like I received concierge service and I will not use any other company for my plumbing or septic service.
