I pulled up to this Salon, looking for “Ingrid Beauty,” (a Dominican salon) and stumbled upon “A-bout face.” I went inside, saw that it was black owned/operated and decided to give my ladies a try!

I walked in requesting service for a shampoo/Press & trim … A lady inside called one of her stylist & said she could be there in 20-30mins. I left, ran a few errands nearby and came back. I was serviced by Lyn and she was AMAZINNGGG !!!!! So sweet, gentle and passionate. The shampoo, treatment & even the blowout was very therapeutic!

I gave the shop a 1 star because for months I have been calling in to make an appointment. And it’s always I’m going to call you back and I have to see if I have an opening or if someone else can fit you in . But I never receive a call back !

Booked with this stylist on the style website prepaid my deposit and showed up on time. Upon arrival I found that the shop did not exist at that location provided. I tried to contact and received no response, I sent a text requesting money be refunded still received no response. Horrible professionalism. I RECOMMEND KEEP LOOKING
