Had a significant root clog in my main line which flood flooded half of my basement. They came out Tuesday night to scope and snake and find exactly where the root problem was. They recommended a spot repair for now and monitor it for a couple of years. CJ and his team were able to get a permit, excavate, and fix the problem all within 24 hours. Now there is a good chance I’ll need to replace the whole main line down the road considering where I live, but the spot repair and his transparency is saving me thousands at the moment. James (the owner and tech) was great! They were at my house within a few hours after I noticed leaking on Sunday night. I wanted to see if my warranty company would cover anything, so I didn't proceed with the services at that time. After the warranty company tech was unable to clear the main line clog, I called them back. James came to the rescue after hours and was able to fix the issue in 1 hour. After I didn't have running water for 3 days, I was so relieved. James was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this company!
