Shane and Ashton ( A's first day on the job ) were able to start job early - no waiting , serviced furance and clean d dryer vent (it really need d it ) in timely manner. Great job ! Clean d up and are both very friendly guys - even help d me look for my dog that left the yard ! Thanx Ward's Heating and Cooling ! And they'll be back to clean air ducts .
Two other furnace techs said my furnace needed replaced. Ward's replaced my fuse and now my furnace works just fine. Definitely good people that wont try to upsell you on stuff thats not needed.
Wards was great! We have a boiler system and they explained everything to us. They had us right by their side step-by-step as they were going through everything and they were explaining each step of the process of servicing the system. Nathan and Isaiah were both really professional, and kept working until the problem was fixed. After our first appointment with them the next day they called and asked if everything was going OK great friendly professional service. Highly recommend!!
