“I've been here 3 times. The first time Erica did my hair wonderfully! She is no longer there. The 2nd time there an 18 year old girl did my hair and messed it all the way up, color and cut. But, the owner Casey corrected it as best she could a few days later. Casey was sweet and professional and did awesome at correcting my hair. She did everything she was supposed to in a situation like we had happen. My hair color is still not what I wanted, but it's nice and I know it's the best she could do with having to correct someone else's mistakes.“
