An absolutely wonderful woman! We took a family vacation to Holiday World & brought our two ACD along & needed to find daycare for them while we were at the park, called around and Penny was not only so kind with wonderful customer service but also accommodating, we ended up staying later than expected at the park due to the late fireworks and drone show and Ms Penny was understanding and kind regardless of us being late to pick up our girls! I 100% recommend Penny's Pet Palace, she takes good care of your fur babies and is one of the sweetest souls I've met! Thank you again so much Ms Penny - The Harrington's

I dropped my Pomsky off for her very first doggy spa day and Penny did absolutely amazing!! I dropped her off and she was done within a couple hours and looked like a brand new dog!!! She was beautiful!! Thank you Penny! I will not be going anywhere else for my puppy pamper time! Your prices are more than fair and the atmosphere feels laid back and relaxed!! GREAT JOB!!!

I would recommend to everyone I know. I would trust my saint bernard to her anyday. Her dog sitting is great, and she managed to groom her! I'd trust her anytime.
