I rented from this property management company for 2 years at one of their properties in Valparaiso, IN. They were professional but also down to earth, kind, helpful, honest, kept up the unit, caring, understanding, communicative, knowledgeable, and it was an all around great experience. Granted, there were repairs my unit needed and I had a request to implement a retractable privacy screen (at my expense) which weren't addressed or approved but bear in mind that they're just the property management company and the actual owner was unwilling to move forward with these needs. I rented from Silver Hammer for a year and found them to be the best property management company that I’ve had a relationship with. I had few service requests, but when I did, they didn’t lag in taking care of everything I needed. The people they employ are professional and know their job well.
