I had contacted 5 different HVAC companies for quotes on upgrading & replacing our old, outdated furnace & a/c units. RussCo showed up for the quote on time (that's something that a few of the others couldn't even do). Bill emailed me the quote the next day. Since this was the first time we've replaced these items, I had A LOT of questions! He took the time to answer all of them & even offered to come back out to show me what will change. The guys showed up early day of install & were very professional. Bill again took the time to show us the units & the extra work they did to for the switch. On the morning of the hottest day of the year my central air conditioner stopped working. Called RussCo at 07:15, Gabe was here at 07:40 and he had it running within the hour. Great service and pleasant to work with. Recommended whole heartedly.

I have severe breathing problems and our air conditioning went out. They returned our call promptly gave us a quote and installed a new unit within a few days. Excellent service! Professional and friendly.
