Karen in the office is fantastic. Very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable and runs dispatch like a well oiled machine. I had a technician at my house within 24 hours of calling for service. Could have been same day if we would have been available at the opening time. She worked with my warranty company also. The technician who came out knew what he was doing and had me back up and running in under 30 mins.Service: A/C system repair
IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS or at least take them with a grain of salt. People like to complain and get upset when things dont get fixed immediately or its not at the price they wanted to pay. Most people don't understand what its like to be a service contractor/scheduler and there's so many challenges that every company deals with. You get good/bad days with any service company, most of which is beyond their control. My experience was very pleasant. John was an excellent service tech and I would absolutely recommend to anyone working with home warranty. I was lucky enough to get a same day appointment. Receptionist was very nice.
