We can’t say enough great things about Monroe. We have used them several times. Today was no exception! I called early morning because I tried to spray bees that were by the soffit/ gutter and it wasn’t working. I am highly allergic to bees so I called and spoke to Olivia. She was extremely pleasant to talk to and said she’d have someone here in the afternoon. Alex showed up explained what he’d do and was very professional and personable. He was so nice and did the job and I couldn’t be more happier. Thank you again for an excellent job !!!! 11+

I have used Monroe for many years for exterior and interior pest control. Two weeks ago I disturbed a yellow jacket nest in the ground. I was stung 16 times. I called Monroe the next day and Bill was sent the following day. Bill was so personable and concerned for my wellbeing. I walk with a walker and he helped me go outside to show him the location of the nest and then helped me go back in the house. He also sprayed for our regular fall exterior treatment while he was here. I will definitely request Bill for future treatments.

First time using a pest service. I had carpetder bees and called Monroe. The woman on the phone was so nice and gave me an estimate based on some info. They sent Nick out and he was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Sprayed my house and garage throughly. Answered all my questions. Charged me on the lower end of my estimate. I will definitely be using their services again!
