I have had to call Monroe twice since I bought my house in 2015. Once for carpenter ants, and once for yellow jackets nesting in my attic. I was super happy with the customer service, speed, and price both times. Even the person answering the phones could answer my questions about wasp treatment. They made the pests vanish quickly and easily. I will continue using Monroe whenever necessary!

We had the privilege of Nick serving us. He was so polite and professional. We had a wasp infestation and he made sure to find the source of the problem and get rid of them. We still had some giving us problems after the initial visit (no fault of his) and he came out without any hesitation to spray our yard again.Both occasions he made sure to talk in detail about taking precautions and estimations. He was very knowledgeable and happily answered any questions we had.After this positive experience we will recommend Monroe Pest Control to anyone we know who may have issues and we will be using them exclusively in the future if need be.
