Steve Penrod and his crew did an excellent job on our old deck removal and AZEK Advanced PVC deck replacement. The craftsmanship was spot on and up to code. The crew was friendly, easy to work with, prompt and cleaned up completely after each day's work. I had a few extras I asked them to do and they did most of them without really complaining (much) LOL. We are pleased with the job and would recommend 1st Class Decks to anyone with decking needs.
Steve was extremely helpful with his suggestions on color, style and functionality on replacing our front wood deck with a new composite one. His crew was awesome- friendly, respectful and left our front area spotless. Love our new deck!
Highly recommend 1st Class Decks & Construction. I'm so happy with my new deck extension. I moved into a new home a year ago and wanted my deck extended and replaced with composite, new railings, new steps and gates. Steve Penrod has a definite eye for detail and will get the job done correctly no matter what. Once I signed a contract, him and his team were out and finished my deck within a week. It would have taken a day or two, if the weather had allowed. My deck looks amazing!
