Scheduled someone to come out for a quote and never showed. No communication that they were not coming. Not going to completely give a 1 star because I understand mistakes can happen. Just unprofessional, in my opinion.

From beginning to end with J&R they were prompt, and also extremely kind. We asked them to do a fence repair and also install a covered pergola on our back patio. The pergola looks amazing and they included us with every decision on the day of and were very informative. The fence repair was also great, we are super happy and pleased with how everything turned out, we are already planning on calling you guys again next year to add on to the pergola! Highly recommend them, you won’t regret it!

This is the second time I have had J&R fence build a fence for me, and they really impressed me this time. He upgraded my material , handled a mailbox issue, and flattened some gravel before they left. On the day after Christmas at that. Big Fan. Thank you Rob & team !! Customer for life. ✅

Rob and his crew are very professional and timely in their work! They are transparent with everything throughout the job. From drawings to quote to install the process was smooth as can be.
