During my visit to Ulta Beauty yesterday afternoon, I was in search of a specific brand of hair pomade, which, to my disappointment, they did not carry. However, my experience took a positive turn thanks to a stylish employee, distinguishable by her distinctive "Aries" tattoo—whose name, regrettably, I forgot to ask. She dedicated her time to guide me through various sections of the store, introducing multiple alternative pomade options, and explaining the differences among them. Additionally, she assisted with my checkout process, where her kindness and professionalism were again notably exceptional.

it was pretty busy i went around 6 pm, you basically have to search for employees because they won’t come up to you and help you kind of disappointing. once you do find an employee, they kind of seem annoyed, but I did find everything okay

Today, I visited their salon for the first time, for a hair conditioning treatment.Victoria is amazing, what a great job she did! She's friendly and kind and it was such a pleasant experience, super relaxing and my hair is like silk. I highly recommend her services, call today!
