I always love coming to this studio. I always feel welcome when I come. The studio always smells good and is clean. I’ve gotten the chance to experience about 5 teachers and they’ve all have great flows, attentiveness, and compassion. No matter where you are in your practice, this studio is a great place to come. Love this hot yoga studio. This studio usually fills up so come a little early if you want to pick a spot. I had previously been purchasing month and class drop ins and they recently were added to class pass which I'm a member of and recently booked through with no issues. They have a variety of classes and I love the heat. They have a beautiful sunset view with all glass windows. Don't miss out on this one

Best yoga in the region now doubt. Jim & Rachel’s classes are no joke - they are so genuine, empowering, & make you feel so much lighter & inspired leaving. Heather runs an amazing place. Jen is awesome. Honestly every teacher here is amazing. I’ve been coming since I was in high school - I drive now out of my way 30 min to take class here when I can : highly recommend!
