I love how we learn new things all the time. We practice a wide variety of skills, such as rolls, breakfalls, throws, punches and using sticks and knives. I also love the sense of accomplishments. I started coming when I was less far along in the process of recovery from some significant physical problems, but this school allowed me to work patiently and advance at my own pace, as long as I was doing my best.
